¡¡As it is owned by a non-governmental business, Tongshenghu International Experimental School enjoys advantages within the system, featuring internationalization, openness and autonomy. Changsha Yaxing Real Estate Co. Ltd. has broken through the monotonous industry modality and has established a multi-sector industrial enterprise which integrates real estate, environmental protection and tourism with education. Under this structure, the industry and the school promote and support each other. This relationship gives full scope to the development of the school. The Principal reports to the Board of Directors and has the authority over personnel, finance and resources. Compared with public schools, we have relative autonomy and freedom in running the school while observing the state educational policies and guidelines.
